Price is dependant on many factors. Please phone or email with the
following infomation.

1. Access route from van to location.Stairs or steps, gravel drive etc.
2. Length of hire. Please note that transport charges usauly make up 70% of the costs.
3. Distance from us to venue
4. Tuning onsite by profensional tuner is require. (accoustics only)
5. When possible to deliver and then pick up. Out of normal hours and Sundays are charged accordingly.

Please note, we do not hire accoustic instruments for marques/ tents etc. This is due to humidity changes which damage the piano. Digital pianos can
be hired for this.

Terms & conditions.

There is no minimum rental period. The customer is responsible for looking after the piano which is our property. Any damage will be assesd and charged accordingly. All repairs will be done by us. All tunings will be done by us or done by a profensional with our permisision. Case panels are not to be removed or work carried out to the instrument unless with our permision. Piano stool can be provided if requested, otherwise all instruments don't come with a stool. Photo id is required to prove correct details. Payment shall be requested at time of pick up unless payment was made before hand. Credit card details shall be taken for deposit. If no credit card then a deposit of £200 is required. This deposit is returned when the instrument has been returned in same condition as it went out. Failior to provide correct details of access which results in the return of the instrument due to access problems/ lack of man power, will result in a delivery charge or extra labour charges.
